Bakour Lanzarote Splash, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

Our family holiday experience was quite the mix. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area, and the apartments were spacious enough for us. However, the facilities were noticeably worn down, and the pool was disappointingly cold. Although the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired.

I just returned from a week at this hotel, and while there were some positives like the cleanliness and affordability, there are definitely issues that need addressing. The apartments were basic but cleaned every day, which is a plus, and the location was very convenient for both the beach and the old town. However, the lack of maintenance in certain areas, like broken sunbeds and hard beds, was disappointing, and some dangerous conditions in the rooms made for a concerning stay.

This hotel has a lot of potential but sadly falls short in many areas. While the rooms were basic and regularly cleaned, they could use a serious facelift. The location is fairly convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and shops. However, the pool area needs improvement, especially since many sunbeds were broken, and overall comfort could be better. For the price, it offers some value, but don't expect luxury.

I stayed in a budget-friendly apartment that was clean and adequate, especially for families. However, the lack of basic amenities like free Wi-Fi and the uncomfortable beds were letdowns. While the pool area was nice, the overall condition of the facilities and service created a somewhat disappointing experience, making me hesitant to return.
